The function of the material frame is to realize the discharging and unwinding of the plate material roll, which is an essential equipment for the automation of the stamping processing production.
The high-speed heavy-duty material frame has the traditional heavy-duty material and has a wide load capacity and wide application range (thin plate, medium plate and heavy plate coil can be used), and the degree of customization is high (the load capacity and the outer diameter of the material roll can be customized) advantage.
It can also realize high-speed unwinding (unwinding speed up to 30m/min), which is the most excellent high-speed unwinding equipment at present.
Compared with traditional heavy-duty material racks, high-speed heavy-duty material racks have greatly improved the appearance and structure of the models. The biggest change is the improvement of the expansion and contraction mechanism (using double-expanding shrinkage rolls) and the increase of crank locking devices.
